Aaron D’Silva, Founder and CEO, Personal Trainer, Nutritionist
Aaron’s has 10 years experience coaching and training clients to lose weight, build muscle and improve longevity. He started off as a researcher in the field of Nutrigenomics, and graduated with a Masters of Science from University of Guelph. He has also competed and won in competitive bodybuilding for the Canadian Physique Alliance. He now strives to help others achieve their goals through practical, evidence-based guidance.

Kyle Smith, Kinesiologist, Personal Trainer
Kyle is a kinesiologist from Wilfred Laurier University with a background in athletic training. He specializes in working with clients who are new to physical activity. Kyle has an empathetic approach to training and he believes in creating a safe space for clients to learn how to train without feeling judged.
